Grip Size Questions

I have a few questions regarding grip sizes.
1) Do most people have more than one grip size that actually fits them well?
2) How much does a Wilson Pro Overgrip add to the grip size?
3) Can having a grip size one size too large cause elbow problems?

I have always thought that I could use either 4-3/8 or 4-1/2" grip sizes with overgrips and they felt good. However, I have recently been finding it more comfortable to play with just 4-3/8" w/o overgrip. Could using the #3 and 4 grip sizes with an overgrip be causing me tennis elbow? I have considered going with an idea I saw posted earlier on here about sanding down the grip to reduce the size. I am desperate to solve my elbow problems, and if too big of a grip is part of it, then I want to do what I can to fix it.

Check out the Learning centre on the TW site. It has heaps of info on grip size recommendations. I had severe tennis elbow problems, so i went up one size in grips and it felt weird at first, but it was a godsend. Try it, it will save your tennis.

a grip too large will cause wrist problems that you can't avoid. Wilson overgrips are pretty thin, and shouldn't add more than half a size to your grip.
