I do not think they will fit as the MP grommets are for an adaptive racquet capable of two different string patterns. However, I will follow up with our Head rep to get a concrete answer and update this thread when I hear back.

UPDATE: We got confirmation those grommets will not fit.

TW has the Microgel Extreme Pro grommets. Those should fit.
