Grommet for Yonex RDX 500 MP

I like my current Yonex RDX 500 MP very much but the grommets are almost gone.

As you know that it a 98 sq in and 16 * 19 stick.

Does anyone knows whether the grommet sets for Yonex RDS 002 or Yonex RDiS 200 or RDis 100 MP can be used on the RDX 500 MP?

The rdis 100 mp is in the same line of sticks so that should be fine.

It does seem like it should be, but I bet it isn't. In February I sent this to Yonex USA:

Do RDS 001 MP grommets/headguard fit on an RDX 500 MP? Both are 98 sq", 18/21mm beams, and 16x19, but perhaps the soft grommets and/or shockless grommets are deal-killers?​

and did get a reply:

No, grommet/headguard for RDS001MP does not fit on the RDX500mp. If any further question, let us know. Have a good day.​

I asked only about the RDS 001, but if that one's grommets don't fit, I'd be surprised if the others' did. (I never tested it, though, so I suppose it's at least possible that someone who resented the used racket market could have been telling a whopper. Has anyone tried it?)

It's a pity I don't have the grommet sets for RDiS 100 MP or RDS 002 to try on my RDX 500 MP...

I would think that RDS001mp and RDiS100mp would be by far the closest. My suggestion is buy and try at least one of those grommet sets, as all you've got to lose is a couple of dollars. I'm guessing that you might only need part of the grommet set, such as the head guard, which could be most likely made to fit, especially when heated slightly with a hair dryer.

The grommets are different (even in colour), but seem alike in spacing except that in certain places the rds ones are flared (and possibly larger), but if only flared this is post-installation, I presume?
