US open the finals chair umpires get a Tiffany crystal bowl. I think aus open they get a watch, Wimbledon some type of medallion. Something for the French but I'm not sure what.

I don't think any umpires make 200,000.

Oh yea definitely. It has very stringent and long list of qualifications. It is very difficult to make it to the top of Umpire ranks.
