Interestingly you never see protests/demonstrations in Central Park. Ever now that I think of it. They must not issue permits for it and if you try it without a permit I think they would shut you down fast. You need to go to Union Square Park where NYU kids protest something or other with some regularity during school periods (not summer vacation ). You get a slice of the plaza area but no more. Forget about interfering with the Union Square farmer’s market or the rest of the park. That won’t fly.

NYPD probabky has enough assets to liberate Bolivia’s historical coastline from the dastardly Chileans.
