It is my favorite holiday. No crazy shopping, gifts, this and that... Just family, friends, and food.

It will be very special this year.

My sister's father in law who is very active in our family and has terminal cancer just announced he will be able to attend so we will have the traditional head of the table ready for him and perhaps he will have a glass of scotch with us. He is 93 and these are the types of things that are special for me and our family.

Does not matter it is just for comparison, if I weigh the same tomorrow and I did this morning I did not gain any weight and that's a good thing.

I thought you would give your pants a 10% pre stretch. Just for the holidays of course.or did you up it to 20%. to compensate for no draw back from the table.If you increase your turkey by 5% and decrease your potatoes by 10% you may just increase the sweet spot and get some pie!

I used a Starting Knot and a Parnell knot to truss the turkey legs before putting the bird in the oven!!!!

I like the KISS method. I turn the scales back 5# on thanksgiving morning then raise it 1# every 5 days until Christmas. Then Turn it down again on Christmas.

Sounds like a proportional method to me.
