Has a player ever won the deciding set in a Grand Slam semifinal and final 6-0, like Djokovic did?

I can not imagine it has ever happened.

the closest for Federer was 6-2 sets at 2006 Australian Open and 2008 US Open.

the closest for Nadal was 6-2 and 6-1 at 2013 US Open.

Guillermo Vilas at the 1977 French Open.

Well, not quite. The thread asked if a player has won deciding Slam SF and F sets with bagels, which means Djokovic is the only one to do so in the Open Era.

However, these are players who have bageled their opponents in a Slam SF and F (aside from Djokovic):

1977 French Open
[3] Guillermo Vilas d. [6] Raul Ramirez - 6–2, 6–0, 6–3
[3] Guillermo Vilas d. [5] Brian Gottfried - 6–0, 6–3, 6–0

2006 Australian Open
[1] Roger Federer d. [21] Nicolas Kiefer - 5–7, 7–5, 6–0, 6–2
[1] Roger Federer d. Marcos Baghdatis - 6–3, 5–7, 6–0, 6–2

2006 Wimbledon
[1] Roger Federer d. Jonas Bjorkman - 6–2, 6–0, 6–2
[1] Roger Federer d. Rafael Nadal - 6–0, 7–6(7–5), 6–7(2–7), 6–3

So, that's a first? That's the only time I've seen it for sure. Quite incredible, especially when considering quality of opponents: both slam winners!
I feel like it's much more impressive than bagel in 3rd set because it means a player has enough reserve to be able to do it in the latest stage of a long match. It requires some outstanding fitness.

As a side note, there's also another player who dished out bagels in SF and F of a Slam. Unfortunately for him, he would go on to lose the match in what has to be one of the greatest chokes of all time:

2004 French Open
[3] Guillermo Coria d. [9] Tim Henman 3–6, 6–4, 6–0, 7–5
Gaston Gaudio d. [3] Guillermo Coria 0–6, 3–6, 6–4, 6–1, 8–6

Coria beat Henman 3-6, 6-4, 6-0, 7-5 in their semi final. The 6-3, 7-6, 6-0 score you've got there was the score of the other semi final when Gaudio beat Nalbandian. Henman had led Coria 6-3, 4-2, before Coria won 13 games in a row, then Henman won 5 games in a row, and then Coria won 4 games in a row to win the match.
