There is a good chance that I will be going to Buenos Aires for 3-6 months in January. Has anyone been before? Is it a place? Did you play tennis there? I speak spanish due to living in Spain for 2 1/2 years, so that helps alot. It will be a real eye opener for me seeing as I am 17, but I have already lived in a foreign country being pretty much independent. I am looking forward to it.

yes tennis is huge and great in BA and so is the rest of the city and prices are low. The women are without doubt the most beautiful in the world, and I have seen them all!! Join the Vilas tennis/country club in Palermo/Belgrano and make sure to watch BA open in February, great experiance. Maradona will be there to root for the Argentinians in semis and final as well as hot Gabriela Sabatini. What is ur level? I might be there in February, im a 5.5.

Hey that's where I'm going!!! Is it a good standard there? I'm a full time junior here in England, so I am pretty good without being arrogant. I am there from January to March/April I hope.

Lots of red clay courts all over the place. We did not play at all during our short visit to BA last November. Very fun place

My tennis coach is traveling to buenos aires for 9 months to teach at a school and teach the tennis team. Kind of a neat coincidence.
