I ran across this cold/heat solution for tennis elbow and I was curious if anyone here has really tried it. I read the reviews on their site but was wanting to hear if anyone had real experiences as a tennis player.

If I wanted both the freezie wrap and inferno heat device it would be $200! I'd be willing to part with that if it works well. For now I am using ice gel packs velcro'd to my elbow and then a regular heating pad wrapped around my elbow with a velcro strap. Yes, a rigged "solution."
