Has Prince Revised the T22 Sizing?

I have been wearing Prince T22 shoes for maybe 20 years and have always purchased size 13. Today I received a new order of size 13 and my toes jammed into the front as well as the width has been reduced. When compared side by side to my current pair the new pair is about 1/4" shorter in length and maybe an 1/8" narrower. Has the shoe target sizing been reduced? Can it be an error in the shoe manufacturing? Too bad, I have to return these shoes.

I had t22 in the same color way. They are made in different countries. Could be manufacturer error.

Try taking the insole from one and lay it on top of the insole taken from and older pair and see if there are differences?
