Has Roddick Got Another Masters In Him?

I wonder if he will ever win another Masters, let alone a grand slam, particularly after his lack-lustre performance against Novak Djokovic (and grumpy performance against umpire Jerry Armstrong) this afternoon?

Can we stop with the spoilers please? Second thread with them about the Roddick Djokovic match. Now it's gonna be pointless for me to watch this match.

course he'll win another masters. its the grand slam that has the question mark

To win a Masters Series he's going to have to beat any combination of Federer, Djokovic, Nadal + all the other youngsters.

I don't think he'll get another Masters Series.

I'm sure Roddick will win another Masters Series...

...if Federer, Nadal, Djokovic, and Davydenko get injured at the same time and pull out.

He will win an isolated Masters Series, but he will not be able to do it consistently. Maybe he will two or, at best, three more Master Series and NO MORE Grand Slams. I like Roddick, and he is a good player, but just far from great. He has put together a stellar career and I think the criticism of him is wrong. He did the best for the talent he was given. Unlike Hewitt and Safin he stuck with the game dispite enduring yearly beat downs by the Fed Express. I really respect him. How many times have we thought he would disappear? Many. Yet, he stuck to the game and searched, unsucessfully, for any possiblity of improving his game near Federer's.

the only ones he will win would be the likes of delray , legg mason , houston , etc where there are no top seeds playing

Davydenko ? Djokovic ? why are they there ?

Roddick can and will surely beat Djokovic anytime, Djokovic isn't Federer or Nadal. Roddick just played poorly, his volleys sucked and his serve dissappeared.

What the hell are you talking about ?
Last year when he won Cincy Federer and Nadal where there, they didn't even make it past the second round, your post is nonsense.
When Roddick won Toronto Federer was a seeded player.
US Open too, there where alot of seeded players.
