Has Sinner been robbed of his chance to get some payback?

Was Sinner robbed?

Sinner who is 0-6 against Medvedev has never played him on clay courts. Sinner showing some great form in his first match, probably looking at this court and these conditions to get back at Medvedev in the quarters. We all know what happened to Medvedev.

Was Sinner robbed of his chance here to extract some payback?

No.

If you need to play your rival on one specific court surface that favors you over your opponent just to stand a chance of beating them then maybe you're just not that good of a player. Also feel free to read this post a few times Nadal fans.

Nadal best Djokovic on HC several times.

Sinner was gifted an easier draw

Will say this. Now Rune and Sinner have no excuses. If one of them is not in the final that's a fail.
This is true, but I have a feeling neither will reach the final. Someone like Karatsev could beat Sinner in 4R and Holger (despite a very soft draw) can lose to mugs if he's having an off day.

Wasn't really a prediction I'm just setting the bar. I wouldn't be completely shocked if it's Ruud, Fritz, Zverev, or even god forbid Cerundolo but they should be able to get it done.

Holgar reaching final is difficult right now. But Sinner has great chance. Sinner is physically more developed and better player than Ruud already. Holgar had matchup issue with Ruud.

Karatsev? The guy Sinner beat 2 years ago on clay? Please take a seat young miss. The final is his for the taking
