Having a pain every time when I do press ups or chest presses

The pain is between the deltoid and the pectoral muscle on the left side, I think it's called the pectoralis Minor, it's the where the humerus and pectoral muscles connect.

I don't know the name for it but I've tried every remedy like trying less heavy weights ala moving down from 37.5kgs for the chess press to 25kgs, it's started recently and it's gotten to the point where I can't gym as much as I would like to. When I'm trying to play tennis it's tough to take a two handed backhand also. Is there any advice in regards to remedy it? It's not torn because if it was I would know about it, I believe it's inflamed.

Are you using machine for these exercises? I recommend using dumbbells and when you lower the weight to your chest, lower it farther down toward your lower chest/nipples instead of your front deltoids. Some people recommend the upper arm (elbow to shoulder) should not be parallel to the torso at the lowest position that you lower the weight to

it sounds like all the remedies you tried involved still chest pressing lol. try just resting until the pain subsides, stretch to make sure you have a proper range of motion, then go back into it slowly with easy weights to start.
