Head ATP balls

I know there has already been a thread concerning Head ATP balls but there was no definitive opinion on the issue. Has anyone tried these balls and how did u find them (bounce, spin, durability, weight, etc)? I'm thinkin abt getting a box cuz i can get it really cheap off my coach. I read that it is pretty much just a penn ball, but personally I've always found them too light and not durable enough.

thanks

the balls are really good, they're better than the wilson 1-4's i use. i used them in a tournament and have no complains whatsoever about them

straight from the can, they feel to be stiff and *gasp* dead in hand, but they are really nice to hit with. not heavy like the wilson. currently on my 8th set with the 1st can. slight loss of crispness with increased outer fuzzyness.

In the US they are called the PENN ATP balls, in Europe they are called the HEAD ATP balls, otherwise they are the exact same ball and are indeed made by PENN. As you may or may not know HEAD owns PENN. They are the balls used in all the ATP Masters Series events--in North America they are PENN and in Europe they are HEAD as HEAD has a more recognized name in Europe. That's why you won't find HEAD balls in the US. They are very good balls.

They're cheap too. The Academy here in Houston sells them for under $2 for a can of 4! and they play great. I like the dunlop championship balls better though durability wise and they travel through the air faster so it suits my game.

Orange-Yellow balls?

Have been watching the Masters Cup in Shanghai for the past few days on TV and noticed that the ball appears to be an orange-yellow rather than a green-yellow. Thought it was my TV at first but other ppl have confirmed this.

I'm fairly certain that they are using the Head ATP (or Penn ATP) ball for this tournament. Has anyone noticed this orange-ish color with these balls in person?
