The specs for these two rackets are almost identical. On paper, the Boom Pro is slightly more stiff, and the Radical Pro more "plush". The Boom Pro also has a slightly different head shape -- teardrop rather than oval. After play testing both rackets, I'm torn between which racket to switch to. It's difficult to know which to buy without stringing the racket with your favorite string, putting on your favorite overgrip, and playing with it for a few weeks. But my local tennis shop won't let me do this.
Was hoping to hear some opinions from folks who have played with both of these rackets. Tell me what you liked or disliked about these sticks and if you have any regrets.
(I'm a 4.5 to 5.0 tournament player with loopy strokes playing a loopy ball)
