Head Competition 2011 Package Question

Hi, I received a form for the competition packages. How long does it take for you to receive the packages? Additionally, if I don't believe I'd qualify, will I get it anyway or do they spend time to review? I was told that big companies don't care too much and just want money. Thanks and I don't know why I got three forms in the mail a while ago thanks.

Surprisingly, I didn't even send out an email. Team Head sent one to me and told me to fill out and send it back. Additionally, the form on the attachment they sent me had "Junior USTA/ITF Player" with "Top 300 Nati or 25 sec or 600 ITF" checked in the box next to it. Oddly enough, I'm not even close to those ranking requirements.
