Has anyone with a one hander played with the 2024 Extreme Pro? I would imagine that it needs lead at 12oclock to increase the SW. But is it stable and solid enough for the one hander?

It has gotten more stable with the Aux 2.0. I bought 3 from differnt sources and all of those had differnet characteristics in playability, 2 of those worked well on the OHBH in stock form.
The one I kept was the lightest to play around with lead, it is 288SW unstrung und compared to the others definatly needs lead at 3&9.
Apart from details this is agot frame for the OBHB, I like it moregn tham on my forehand.

Yes.
I don’t think it needs more tip weight but that’s a personal preference. I usually prefer SW in the 319-323 range and the Extreme Pro demo racquet that I tried from TW had a SW of 326. Plenty stable yet not as maneuverable as the Extreme Tours.

All the 305g rackets need lead, especially on the OHBH.
I switched to 3 of the 2024 EPs recently and the OHBH is fine. One needs to get used to it, because depth isnt as cheap as with other sticks, but once you are dialed in, its nice and you can play crazy angles. I have lead at 9, 12 and 3.

Take a look at this guy:

I watched this video this morning. This guy used to play with the RF97 for years. Did he really switch to the Extreme Pro? If so, he must have customized that thing a lot.

In the comments of an older vid he said that he's currently at 330g unstrung with the extreme pro.
Really? That means he added about 25 grams to the frame.

Why use a frame that needs so much weight? Better off finding something heavier to start with.

I think he was coming from the RF 97 so he basically was used to 340g static weight unstrung anyway. With the 10g less he still gets better maneuverablility and gains more pop, spin and forgiveness.

He tested it (blade 98 and model 99 as well) and saw some potential in the frame. Don't think he planned to go to 330g and I don't even know if that's his final specs.

Ask Novak or Sinner ;)

There is no frame of this kind on the market with 330g unstrung.

Btw he has most of the weight in the handle (leather and weight) and just a little bit more at 12.
I tested that setup and hated it. I kept the grip as it is and added weight to the hoop (9,12,3). I am at 335g strung with dampener.

I've been using it quite a lot and have a ohbh. I'm using it at 314g, 31.1 cm, 292 SW unstrung and I'm finding plenty of stability and a ton of whip (of course). Strung, I'm at 335.3g, 31.8 cm, 323 SW. Mine has a Head Ultimate base grip, 2.7g lead at 12 and 9.5g of tungsten putty under the butt cap. With og and rubber band dampener. Getting fantastic results on the ohbh.

I haven't made a full switch yet, but chances are very high I will soon.

What are you possibly switching from?

So did this one come in with a low SW? With almost 3 gms at 12 adding 9 SW points. That would mean this rackets SW strung was like 314. That's considerably lower than advertised. Unless your using a thin gauge string.

Yeah it was 284 SW unstrung. With added lead it was around 292/293 SW. Then strings + rubber band dampener. For strings I use Hawk Touch 1.20, so yeah thin gauge.

I've watched a few of this guys videos now. He went from using the RF97 to the 2024 Extreme Pro... with some customization of course. This guy is a really nice player. And like me, has a one hander. Watching this video makes me want to buy a couple of matched Extreme Pro's blind!
