Head grip pallet

Anyone knows where I can find 4 3/8 size head grip pallet? Or anyone has spare with butt cap for sale?

As far as I have been able to determine, Head pallets are not available to the general public, and apparently the fairly available Volkl pallets do not fit the Head "hairpin."
