Head pallet/butt cap combinations

Head has TK82 and TK82S pallets, and YOUTEK(http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/Head_Hologram_3-D_Butt_Cap_YOUTEK/descpageHEAD-HSBCAPC.html) and "standard"(grey and black)(http://www.tennis-warehouse.com/Head_Standard_Butt_Cap_Grey__Black/descpageHEAD-HSBCAPB.html) butt caps. Will the TK82 and TK82S pallets fit either the YOUTEK or standard butt cap equally well?

yes.
There is the same YT Buttcap on both, Speed (TK82S pallet) and Prestige/Radical (TK82) lines...

The standard buttcap will fit both, too.

Wow, that's surprising (to me, at least) that the same butt cap will fit differently-shaped pallets (albeit pallets of equal size). Good to know, thanks for the answer!

As far as Head pallets, 57 = 76 = 82 ? All these are the same "rectangular" shape traditionally associated with Head?

And 82"S" = more "square," like the Wilson shape?

Correct.
Some claim that there is a difference between the 57/76/82, however, Bosworth folks measured them and it turns out that they (shape) are the same. They differ in color and in initial length, though they all need to be cut anyway to fit the hairpin...
