Head Pro Tour 280 MP and Head Liquidmetal Prestige Midplus

    are these racquets in any way similar? if not what are their differences in terms of feel, control, power and playability?

    Overall, the PT 280 is better in every category. Also, I hear the LM Prestige plays fairly dead.

    I agree with symbol man.

    The LM Prestige has less power and, because the sweet spot is smaller and the response across the racquet face less even, it has less control for most people. If you hit 100% of your shots dead center, the difference is less noticeable.

    The 280 is great to serve with, but I could not get a hard first serve with the LM Prestige. Both have a lot of feel, but the Prestige offers even more feedback than the 280, perhaps the only category in which it has an edge.

    The specs are decieving in this case.
