So I currently have 4 head speed mp 360 and 2 head speed 360+. I’m looking to modify then so I can have more power on the shots while maintaining the control of the racket. Also with coming out of a Tendonitis break I saw a wilson shock sheild grip replacement grip I want to add on any advice one that My two problems are 1 I have no idea what I’m doing so I need recommendations for my mods and 2 how do I make the 360+ and 360 the same? Also I’m a fit high level high school player if that helps the recommendation.
Thanks!

2-4 grams of lead at 12 o’clock on the Speed MP 360+ will add power.

I also liked a leather grip + OG on mine when I was playing with them. I even put 3-5Gblue tack in the trap door. It became a much more stable, powerful racquet with those mods.

I'm similarly having issues with this racquet as well. Great in many ways but out of all my 3 to 4 requests least stable on one handed backhands and often get bullied there. Would love to hear people's thoughts on customisation.

@EggSalad I find the issue for me is twisting so I'll likely use the lead for 3 and 9

They did a major design overhaul between the 360 and the 360 +. The 360+ has a much higher swingweight than the 360. You need to add about 2 grams at 10:00 and 2 grams at 2:00 on the 360 to get it to swing like the +. Even then, the + will be more powerful and solid but less consistent and maneuverable. I personally liked the 360’s with just a little bit less weight added, about 1 1/3 grams, at 10 and at 2.

If you want less spin out of the 360’s, try adding a little less weight but put it at 12:00. If you want more stability, use a bit more weight and put it at 3 and 9. Play around with the weighting on the 360’s and see what works for you.

The 360’s require a faster swing and more spin to use effectively. The +’s stand up to incoming pace better but I found them erratic and a bit sluggish for all court play. If you want more power out of either frame, look at more powerful strings at a lower tension. I can’t imagine wanting more power out of the +’s, though.
