Dude read the thread. Pics are on tennis insider IG unless they got pulled too. It’s completely gloss black with grey font and has Djokovic logo where the Head one is above grip. Just imagine the 1.0 black and grey but full black gloss. It’s the 2.0 MP and Pro in different paint job. Price will probably be $10-$20 more than Standard paint speed our rep said. Was supposed to be out first of April but rep told us Thursday it’s pushed to mid May.

Wilson RFA pro staff autograph.
Which is rogers spec.
So leads the viewer to believe this will be Novaks spec as well.

I was duped when I originally saw the name of the frame. I’m sore many more here were as well.

They could have simply called it a Speed night this or that.

I’m just honestly a little let down. Was really hoping to see a Novak speci frame

Except the name of the frame is Speed Legend, not Speed Legend Djokovic anything. The person who started this thread decided to add the signature part. That’s not Head trying to dupe anyone. It was already stated Djokovic told Head he did not want to change paint jobs anymore. He also obviously prefers the black cosmetics so Head releases this “alternative color” like the Coco Boom. When our Head rep told us about it at the shop he said we’re releasing a new speed in all black. It’s gonna be called speed legend. Only when we saw the pic on the placard did we realize was going to be Nole’s Paint job.

On a side note. Would really love for Head at some point to release Novaks frame.
 
Personally if they sold a 98 inch with 18*19 pattern and 335 sw 27.1 or 27 inches that would be amazing however the lay up to be more the older style radicals more akin to what he’s somewhat using .. with the throat style matching

95 inch would be way too much to get effective match results
 
They use different prepregs (read more expensive) for their pro racquets, so retail djoko racquet wouldn’t play the same even if the specs were matched otherwise.

Yeah I don’t expect it to play exactly the same

However a nice lay up could be be designed and rolled out which enthusiasts or players enjoyed

It baffles me so many people think HEAD will pour investment dollars to develop a special replica of the PT346. Not commercially viable, that's the end of the answer to the problem statement of "why cant I have what novak has??"

Just go buy a tiRad or an iRad, that's the closest any of us are gonna come to his mold

Why do yonex pour dollars to produce 1819 rackets and TF , head donr think it’s worth it why ?
doesn’t have to be exactly like pt 346 but a good effort would go a long way ?

Looks quite similar to last year's black version (had gold text vs silver on the new one) which is a good thing but this one appears to have a little more gloss which is even better. My brother is currently using last year's black version and it's a looker on the court and this version looks maybe even nicer.
 
If that’s the best head head marketing and the team in Austria can come up with his final frame paintjob whilst he’s playing then it’s a big fail for me

It’s for people like me who really like the new 2024 Speed Pro but don’t like the paint job/velvety feel. I bought one to use for now but waiting for the Legend to drop to get a backup. Whenever that happens, the new Legend will become my primary and the Oreo paint job will become my backup.

A lot of the discussion topics on this thread mention Djokovic’s pro spec racket, so I think I might be an outlier bc that isn’t my motivation for getting this.

I’m actually holding off on getting a speed mp because I’m waiting for this paint job to drop. I’m fioaming at the mouth over here.
