HEAD Sprint Pro

I´ve been very happy with my previous HEAD tennisshoes, love the fit. Had both the Speed Pro II and III versions. Anyone had those and tried the new Sprint Pro?? Would it be safe to order the same size? :-?

We got them in at my store I work for and while I haven't tried them on, the reviews I've heard have not been pretty...lol

Really? I should maybe get me some Speed Pro´s III, while still available. They are on sale now everywhere, really like them with my own custom-made insoles. By the way, are there ANY tennis-shoes with some good insoles? I doubt it... :neutral:

Definatley not Vapor 9 insoles.

I was temped by these and the very positive TW review, especially considering they were told to be wide. Ordered them to try on, but they felt just kind of uncomfy - sides and uppers were kind of firm and plastic-y feeling, and the transition from back to front wasn't the smoothest. OK shoe at best, I thought. Also ordered an Asics Gel Game 4 to try on based on Chris Edwards' glowing review of that shoe, and it wasn't even close - GG4 a far more smooth and comfy ride than the Head shoes, and still in a very lightweight package, so the Heads went back.
