Head TK231 vs. TK238

I have always thought old Head 95 18x20/16x19 string patterns have the identical string spacing between PT, Prestiges, and Radicals based on the information I gathered from TT. I have also successfully installed the TK238A grommets on my IG Radical Pro. However, when I tried to replace the TK231 grommets on my MG Radical MP with the TK238 CAP grommets the other day, I noticed the yoke pieces actually have different string spacings between the two:

The one on the top is TK231 and the one on the bottom is TK238. The two center sets of grommets seem to be slightly wider on TK238, making it incompatible with the TK231 mold (MG Radical MP). Does anyone have the same experience or know if this is normal? Thanks!

I've had the TK238 CAPs on the MG Radical MP and TK231 grommets on the PT57A many times with no issues

Thanks for sharing. Both the grommets and the racquet seem authentic. Is it possible that grommets have QC issue as well?
