Head Youtek Graphene Prestige MP Racquet Grommet tk293

Hi,

I was looking to replace my grommet for the Head Youtek Graphene Prestige MP 18x20 racquet. The grommet has model id tk293. I saw from a past thread that it is equivalent to: Head Pro Tour 2.0/Graphene XT/Touch Prestige MP Grommet.

This made me wonder: Are all 18x20 Head Prestige MP 18X20 Grommets compatible with just variation in the color? Or is it just compatibility within the Microgel and past Graphene lines that exclude the recent Head Graphene 360+ Prestige MP Tennis Grommet (Youtek Graphene, Graphene XT Prestige MP, Graphene Touch Prestige MP)?

If anyone can provide insight to this I would appreciate it!

Head started to play around with patterns for their Radical and Prestige MP lines. Went from 18x20 to 16x19(?) and hence grommets were not longer compatible. Then they also changed head size from their claimed 98 in² to a true 98 in². @vsbabolat could tell you what would fit or not. I think @dr325i can also contribute. I believe you're right, that anything prior to the YT Graphene was compatible, tho I am not sure about the XT Graphene models.

We think that to some degree, the Prestige MP grommets are interchangeable up to the Graphene Touch version. Sometimes there's slight variations of grommet length due to the frame thickness, but the drill pattern was the same. The current Graphene 360+ version does have a new mold and will not be compatible.
