Does the HEAD Youtek Graphene Radical Midplus (16x19) have TK82 handle pallets?

Also, does the previous HEAD Youtek Radical Midplus (18x20) have the TK82 handle pallet as well?

And for clarification, do most of the newer palleted HEAD frames have TK82 pallets, other than the Speed series (TK82S pallets)?

Thanks!

What is that pallet? I have the pro, it seems the same rectangular as the previous models through the last decade. I put electric tape on the sides of the handle before adding grip to square it up

Where can you get the pallet in the US? I have a Graphene Radical MP and I have always used a 5/8 grip and this just seems too big. Could I simply replace it with a smaller pallet?

Yes you can simply replace the pallet. Getting one is a bit tricky however.

dr325i, Thanks for the clarification. I had called Head and they did not know the pallet designations. They said they would have to contact Austria!

OEM pallets are not readily available. I have been told by Head that authorized dealers cannot get them from the manufacturer - strange! **** has pallets for Head frames.

I recommend pallet change/installation by a qualified racquet technician. Installation should follow OEM procedures using mechanical fastening.

What mechanical fastening? You put down double sided adhesive tape on the hairpin, put on the pallet, put the buttcap on and then staple the buttcap to the pallet. Then you grip the racquet.
