Help! Clamp base issue with new Gamma 6004

Machine came with auto release cam lock clamp bases, which apparently is an upgrade since these bases are usually only available on higher end machines.

One base is "sticking" to the table when I release the base. In other words, I tension a string and I want to move the base to clamp the string but the base isn't moving and requires some force or "jiggling" to move it.

Any thoughts before I reach out to Gamma? I bought this machine less than a month ago and have strung 5-10 frames.

Is it possible that the nut below the clamp holding it to the base is too tight? May be it is just an issue of releasing some pressure.

Spoke with John. Really nice guy. Unfortunately adjusting the clamp base bolt to loosen clamping pressure did not help. John understood and they are sending me a replacement even though this kind of issue is very rare with this particular clamp base. Can't beat that kind of service!
