Help! Grommets(and instructions) for the Head Comp Pro

Hey all, I have a head comp pro, with the old rotting grommets in it(some insider the frame and rattling). I want to put some prestige mid grommets/bumperguard on it. Since I've never tried this before, I'd really appreciate some advice on
1)How to get the rattling bits out(take out the buttcap?)
2)Whether fxp prestige mid bumper/grommets set will fit?If not, which set will?
3)Any general advice on what to/not to do.

Head YOUTEK/MIcroGel Prestige Mid Grommet set fits. it's a full CAP. i used this for my Comp Pro.

Pretty much all prestige mid grommets will fit, i.prestige, fxp, LM, micrcogel, youtek.

Remove the buttcap to see if something loose inside.

I got the iPrestige grommets for mine because they are slightly less than full cap grommets and my Comp/Graphite Pros are all from before they had head guards, much less full cap grommets, so it saves a couple grams that I can distribute further up the head (3 & 9). Just a thought...

thanks a lot guys, I'll try with the grommet/bumper set that I have(the fxp) and hope that it works.
As an aside, I bought a comp pro from TW a few months back, and it has a full bumperguard like the prestige mids, and has TK237 on the bumper. What does that mean?I know TGKs are pro stock models, what's a TK?
