Help Me Lose Weight

I am 14, 5 foot 5, and 150 pounds. I play tennis everyday for an hour and a half, on tuesdays 2 and a half hours. I am planning on exercising at home. I have a stairmaster, treadmill, and a weightlifting machine. I am just looking for someone to help me lose some poundage, give me an easy diet to follow and tell me how much and when to exercise. Thanks for the help.
 
You've got a body mass index of 26-27. At your age, I would not worry about losing weight. Also, you will continue to grow taller over the next 2-3 years.

Just eat 3 meals a day, cut down on soft drinks and continue what you are doing now. I would avoid weight training for another 2-3 years as it stunts your growth
