Help with info on an inscription on a very old 1920s/30`s (?) racket. One for the ancient history fans.

I`ve recently got hold of this vintage racket which has no makers name marks.
Apart from the inscription on the throat the only marking is 13 for the weight (ounces)
The racket has very bevelled edges on the hoop from about a third of it`s height from the throat.
I think it may have been awarded to a competition/tournament winner at either a tennis club or maybe a company/organisation.
Champion might also just be the racket name but the inscription looks fairly basic if it was a professional product.
The darker wood may be colour stain but there aren`t any signs of wear to the finish visible anywhere.
Does anyone have an idea as to what ITECEE might represent?
Might the racket be older than I`ve suggested?
The very dirty gut appears to be red and white.

Thanks in advance for any observations or thoughts
