Help with racquet please

Well i'm kind of new to tennis and my mom had recently bought me a Wilson W Line W6 Wild Crimson racquet and i didn't really like the grip and i was wondering if i could replace it with a Babolat Synec grip because i prefer it over the W Grip.

You can always sharpie over the lead to make it prettier, and add more weight. That was the dumbest thread ever BTW.
