Help with racquet

Hi!

Need advice:) Currently im playing with Babolat Pure Strike project One 7 305g 16x19 with technifibre black code 1.24 24/25kg. Awesome racquet, but its time to change:)

Im playing flat shots low trajectory with forehand eastern grip and ohbh (trying to be Federer lol). I play 5-6years NTRP 3.5-4.0 European. Quite agressive attacking forehand.

Demoed TF40 18x20, but swingweight did its job at the end of its match and it was hard to swing.

Thinking about Solinco whiteout 305 18x20 but i cant demo it :(

So, all the time i was playing with 16x19 and did not understood from 1 time demo, do you think 18x20 would work better for my playing style?

And what do you think about this racquet for me? Stats look very simmilar to my current racquet, but its 18x20.

OR maybe Prince ATS Textreme Tour 98? But its 16x19 and also very simmilar stats.

Please help to decide to order Solinco or try to demo Prince first or....?:)

P.s. only thing i would like ps one7 to improve is reduce overhitting from time to time.

What do you want to change? Generally it is considered to be a good racquet, but an arm killer with low comfort. So, Babolat has ramped up the comfort in Gen 3 and 4. If you like your racquet and just want to change to a new model, you could just buy the Gen 3 or 4.

I agree, what do you want more of?

Spin? Comfort? Power?

If you want to move to an 18x20, the strike also comes in that string pattern if you are seeking more control!

Increase your string tension or try a thicker gauge. Or even a stiffer string.
Not to piggie back but I agree. I’d maybe try 3 ibs higher to start and see what you think. If you don’t like the feeling you can drop back to normal tension and put in the same string. Or you could go to the market and look for a more controlled string with maybe higher spin potential.

If you have your heart set on changing to change that’s okay too, plenty of people like to change after a while too!
