Just curious but what's the highest UTR rating for players competing in your area 4.0 league? We have a couple guys that are pushing near 7 UTR which seems fairly high since most guys playing are mid 5-low 6 UTR. Needless to say, they have winning records.

Primarily 5-6 (with a couple 7) for doubles. I know at least one 7 in singles and one 8. I’m in a small area, less than 500 male players total.

High 6's, all the 7.0's are at 4.5.

From what I've seen, the border between 4.0 and 4.5 men for UTR should be around 7.00 or perhaps slightly lower. In my area the highest UTR guy in 4.0 who did NOT get bumped to 4.5 was 6.91 (doubles only). There was also a 7.00 singles guy who did not get bumped, but he had also played a few doubles matches that rated in the 5's. Everyone else who was above 7.00 was bumped up, and some guys who were in the high 6's were also bumped up.

our nationals teams are mostly 6s, with the odd 7 and even 8 hanging around. at the local league level, the 6s win way more often than not, and the 7s and 8s hardly drop sets, much less matches

The majority are UTR 6 in our leagues. I'm only a UTR 5.5 or so, but have seen very few 7's for a full season.

How do I link my UTR with my USTA profiles?

I've never played an UTR league or tournament, but play on USTA, but no record shows from my USTA matches.

I just did a self-rating questionnaire on UTR website and it gave me an estimated range of 4.75 and 6.75.

My Tennis Record estimated NTRP is 3.74.

Yeah, after signing up, UTR scrubs for your USTA matches and you will have a provisional rating. After it gathers enough of your match results, you'll get a better idea and more precise rating.
