What is hitting on the rise actually mean?
Does it mean you hit the ball immediately after it hits the ground? Or does it simply mean hitting the ball while it's rising?
And also, would anyone tell me key points (tips) of hitting the ball on the rise? I would like to know the correct timing of hitting the ball on the rise, how to hit back heavy spin groundstrokes on the rise, etc.
