Is it a lot cheaper than the States over in Hong Kong? Mainly shoes and shirts I'm asking about as my parents are going at the end of this year and I want to know if I should wait.

my parents got me stuff from over there last fall and a few things. the clothes are really small my parents bought me an adult extra large when i normally wear a medium and the xl was tighter on me then my normal mediums from the same compiny. also BEWARE OF FAKES you can get almost anything fake over there. my parents brought me back a fake pure drive. the tennis clothes arent that much cheaper then if you went to a tennis store and shopped on the clearence rack so id reccomend not getting anything

Amen! All my Lacoste polos and every other "fancy" polo I own are bought in Taiwan and for like 3-5 bucks a piece and even though they are fake they have really nice quality! Not ONE has ripped or anything! It's kinda funny when you go to a regular store and see plain lacoste polos cost over 700kr (90+ USD) and people buying them :D

I doubt people can see apart Fake from Real Lacoste clothing unless they examine them really carefully.

Where would you recommend to buy tennis equipment in Hong Kong? I'm interning at Shenzhen University for the summer, and I'd like to drop by Hong Kong and shop around.

I live in Hong Kong and play tennis many years ,but never saw fake rackets in Hong Kong ( i'm sure you can find in mainland China). BTW there are many fake clothes , but you will not find them in stores .

Wow cool! What were you doing in Taiwan? We have a lot of nice clay courts throughout the island.

We are really into travelling. We just visit places we've never been to (mostly exotic countries) to have fun. Though sometimes we stumble upon a very, very nice place and we'll go there a few times again. :D

Unfortunately I werent into tennis when I visited so I didnt really notice any tennis courts :p Only played for a few months and I havent spent more than 60-70 hours on the courts yet ^^

it feels bad in the soul to buy fake anyway...

I dont know about my soul but it would hurt my wallet a lot if I were to buy a few real Lacoste polos for 70 USD a piece.

I have several people in my class who have like 5+ Lacoste/J. Lindeberg and other types of expensive polos/shirts. What bothers me is that they themselves didnt pay anything for them but their parents did.

Not jealous or anything, I just get annoyed because they are the same people who b*tch and moan about their "problems" all the time instead of actually noticing that they are very, very lucky.

Yeah I figured since I found out that you are over 20 years old a few minutes ago. :p If your parents would still be buying clothes for you it would be more pathetic than spoiled.

Different story for teenagers like me when it's normalt to beg your parents to buy them expensive stuff :p
