Just last night I was playing with a friend from 6-9p.m. The weather was sunny during the day and clear at night, the average temperature was around 90 degrees and humidity was awful that night. I usually play for about 3-4 hours each session but this time I could only barely reach 3 hours. I was completely soaked and every part of my body hurt the very next day. My question is if the humidity is high, do you tire more quickly? Is it because you have more difficulty sweating out because of the evaporation of sweat is being hampered by the moisture in the air?
