CB 4.3 v V9
How many hours have you guys gotten out of each?
I've played with my 4.3's for 3 months (6 days a week for 3 hours) before I saw a hole in the outsole, my vapors started showing wear and the outsole was smooth near the end of the first month of playing (6 days a week for 3 hours). But that's just me... I drag and slide my feet a lot.
CB 4.3 :100hrs: after 100 hrs, airmax cracks
CB 1.3-3.3 100-120 hrs
V9 : 60- 80 hrs
How do the shoes feel? Is CB much stiffer than Vapor?
Playing 18 hours per week you got 12 weeks out of CBs? That's remarkable and I wish I could get the same longevity (Unless you mean 3 hrs per week total, ie. 1/2 hr sessions).
Playing just 3 hours per week I only got 10 weeks out of my last pair of 3.3s. It's a drag (pun intended). You mustn't drag or slide as much as you think.
I've tried both, and it seems that the 4.3s are a bit clunky and slow. Should I just use my vapors?
I play weekends mostly, for 3-5 hours
When you first play with the CB, it is a bit heavy but after a few hours it feels really comfy. I don't find the CB to be stiff at all... the only shoe that I felt stiff were the barricade 6... The vapors are more low to the ground and feel at lot nicer to wear but offer very little traction.. the CB doesn't feel stiff (to me), and offers really great traction.
Yeah I play around 18 hours a week... I found out that the more sets I play compared to rallying the longer the CB last for me because I dont drag my feet as much during games as compared to rallies.
