Is this a Euro only shoe? And if so, can you guys find out it runs/fits?
It looks to be a Europe-only shoe at this time. I am moving your question to the TW Europe section as they may be able to help you out.
I'll try and find a willing participant to try the shoes on for you and see what the fit is like.. To be continued..
Update: Fits true to size, narrower forefoot, medium arch, minimal break-in required.
Hope that helps, let me know if you need any other information.
You know, it does and it doesn't. I am so in between sizes that it makes it tough to know what to buy. My right foot is a 11B and the left a 10.5C so it's always a question of which one I want to make happy. Go 11 and the right foot likes me or go 10.5 and squeeze him a little and the left one is good to go so... thanks for the info though!
I was the willing participant who tried them on and I would say if you tend to go between sizes, go up a bit. I normally wear a 13 in most shoes, sometimes move up to 14 (manufacturers just skip size 13.5, so it's the same as a half size increase) for those that fit like this one does.
I think the 11 is the safe bet for you on these and I actually think you'll find a really happy middle ground.

All my Asics shoes (Gel Game 2 and Gel Oberon running shoes) are US10/EUR44 size, while my normal shoe size is 43.
For the Gel Dedicate 3, you say it fits true to size, so would you recommend going down to 43.5? Or stick to 44?
we think you should stay with the size you usually have in Asics shoes.
Thanks for the reply Stefan!
