How can tennis warehouse not add properly.

#1
Recently, I bought a couple of things from tennis warehouse. But after I paid I realized that they didn’t add my order right. The numbers don’t add up:219.95+17.95+22.49+3.99 = 264.38. I was charged 279.39 which is 15 dollars above the total cost. I was wondering how a big company like tennis warehouse can make such a mistake and how many other people have this happen to.

Here is my order confirmation.

Toningbasher,

I just looked up your order and it looks like the string (Yonex Poly Tour Pro) is not showing up on the email which accounts for the $15 difference as it is being strung in the racquet. Did you want that string? However, I am looking into why your order in the email is showing up like that and the string is missing.

Thanks,
Brittany, TW

I thought I get the deal in which the strings are free because it said string credit will be given to me after I checkout.

Toningbasher,

I am not aware of that string deal currently. Normally, if a free string is offered it is the same brand as the racquet (For example, Yonex Tour Super 850 is the current free choice for Yonex racquets). If you want to send us an email at discussadmin@tennis-warehouse.com with a screenshot of the deal you saw or post a screen shot here, I can look into it deeper for you.

Thanks,
Brittany, TW

I have also uploaded a screenshot to the email but here is a picture of that special with the racket and strings that I ordered.

Toningbasher,

The red text in the shopping cart is just a general note that shows up to all customers regardless of what string and racquet is chosen. If a string special is applicable (which can range from free to certain dollar amount off), you will see it being applied during the checkout process. Hope that makes sense. Would you still like that string or would like to look at some other options?

Thanks,

I will keep the same strings but I was wondering why it did give the discount for the RPM Blast as it isn't a head product
