How did you increase serve speed from 90mph to 110mph?

Serve speed is ideally increased by:
(i) maxing out legs in the swing
(ii) strengthening your legs even more.

Most people can increase their leg strength 20% (90 to 110).

The biggest predictor of speed in the tennis serve is how fast your right hip accelerates from it's lowest position upwards.

I guess this conclusion is drawn by slow motion video analysis, while I doubt how many 110mph serve tennis players did that to achieve the speed. Maybe coaches reminded them hip acceleration? Who would pay attention to the while serving with full power?
