Myself it's about 5 days a week, sometimes more often and/or two a days if the weather is good, average around 12 hrs a week, more if I am on leave.
Mostly hitting cooperative/competitive groundstrokes, baseline to net, serve and return, the stuff in drills etc. Alot of focus for myself on stroke quality over point play. Lately I've been working on returning weak 2nd serves. When I'm hitting with less skilled players I'll often try to practice hitting a moderate paced shot in a location they can but a good stroke on it. If I'm hitting with equal or better players I'll go for bigger swings and work on higher powered stuff, as they do as well.
I compete weekly in a doubles group, and have sets and or 10 point tiebreakers some days with hitting partners during practice, but I'd say my practice to play ratio is probably 80/20.
In my experience a lot of people want to play sets, and aren't as interested in pure practice.
