just wondering what everyone does for practice. I practice about twice a week which consists of usually rallying groundstrokes and on the odd week I'll play a couple of sets. I used to exclusively play sets with a different set of practice partners but I didn't like doing that because the focus was too much on winning versus improving. I'm probably playing too much rallying right now and will prob go to a 1:1 practice/play sets during the week before a match.
