How does the Nike warranty process work?

Keep in mind that aside from the wear warranty on select shoes there is an implied 1 year workmanship warranty. I had a pair of Vapor Cage bust at the sides. Nike had me work with the retailer to return. Got a credit for the price of the shoes from the retailer.

So let me get this straight:

If I return them to tennis warehouse I get a free replacement pair.

If I return it to nike.com, I get a free gift card worth 160$ for anything on there site.

Is this correct?

What things would I need to return it to any of these sights???? I never did this before.

Sounds about right. You have to fork out return shipping if you want to do it via Nike and still have the warranty card. If you go through tennis warehouse you get to use the return label they include in all their orders. Unless there's something you want badly from the gift card, it is more practical to use TW IMO.

I have been just didn’t know it was an option! On the old card they used to explicitly say you were responsible for shipping so I got used to it!
