After cricketers and hockey players(?), is Aisam Quereshi considered a BIG sports star in Pakistan? Like, with the trophy wife and reality TV show etc...whole pages of the sports media devoted to him after the cricket stories?? $$$ Domestic sponsors and endorsements etc...Is he idolised like Tendulkar in India? not really. Tennis is not big in Pakistan - cricket is, and you will frequently see cricketers like Shahid Afridi or Misbah ul-Haq on the tv commercials. You may also see a billboard or two of Qureshi but generally people don't know about him. Which is a sad thing because he's probably the most successful tennis player Pakistan has ever produced.
