How far will Djokovic's 40-0 against Sinner will go?

All matches he lost against Sinner has something in common: he was up 40-0 at some point. In DC he even had 3 match points. Will 40-0 never happen again or will go to something like Fed's 40-15? Even though I don't see Nole choking with 3 MP's in a slam match.

Cannot recall our favourite Djoker ever losing a slam match after holding Match Point.
Federer of course has done that several times against Djoker alone.
