How many more GrandSlams after 22

I know this is a hypothetical question and you geeks might have already discussed many times. However, after reading post-match interviews, I'm asking question myself. Look like Nadal is motivated to go for more trophies than coming back with any excuses.

In my guess, he may grab 3 more grand slams and 3 or 4 masters by 2024 then he might retire.

25-26 total slams ending would be my guess if ZVerev isn't around. Nole hasn't looked top form in a year. Hes already past it like Nadal. . Alcarez isn't ready to dominate. Too many holes in his game

With lack of proper rivals for the next 2-3 years, I think Nadal and Djokovic can pile up on slam count as long as they stay healthy. Alcaraz seems to be the guy who may stop them but he still need to mature for a few more years.

It completely depends on how his treatment goes. Based on his and his team's comments, if the treatment doesn't go as they hope, it could be 0 more grand slams.

But if treatment does go well, and given how dominant he was earlier this year when his foot seemed relatively fine, you gotta think there's several more slams in him.

Depends. If they can successfully treat his foot and he can handle the intermittent pain and loss of sensation then at least 4 more.

If they have to remove the foot then at least 8 more.

Come on now lol all this is not happening
Yup, CYGS is too much .. but yeah as others said, it depends on couple of things otherwise sure shot of 3 more trophies;
- Alcaraz might spoil the party for both Nadal and Djokovic
- Zverev can beat Djokovic but not healthy Nadal. IMHO, Zverev is not an issue for Nadal but some youngsters like Coric, Shapo or FAA might teal some important matches from Nadal

Oh ye of little faith.

I never dreamed winning A0 was possible. But he came from 2 sets down and won it.

After he broke his rib, I thought winning the FO was out of consideration. But dragging his chewed-off foot, he did it.

With Wimbledon 3 weeks away, Nadal just having had a procedure on his foot, and not practicing - he's in prime position to win that too.

And the USO? With the Ruskies playing again, obviously a shoe-in.

He's got a chance at Grand Slam this calender year. If he failed, he might grab another Slam... or few.
Notice the difference?

At the end of 2019, I said he'd finish with 22 by winning 2 more RG titles and 1 elsewhere.....and here we are. I guess anything more from here onward would be a major bonus to my recent expectations of Rafa

If the procedure works, he will play for longer than that imo.
I would agree.... if he stays healthy. But his foot has not been his only physical problem. he's recently gotten over a rib, and all else in his history. wrist, knees, back, abdomen

Part of the reason he's so good is because he leaves it all on the court - and that comes with consequences,

After every Nadal win, TTW gonna be like "Nadal will win 50 slams". Reality is that its probably his last slam win. Even Djokovic is in doubt. But Djokovic can still get few slams on fast courts.

This question should be posed after 1 month when his health becomes clear. For the moment there are too many possibilities-from winning 2-3 more GS to never play tennis match again so let's wait 1 month for more info

His goal should be tying Margaret Court ;-)
Nobody should be even talking about her! Loads of her slams were national competitions with smaller draws! Top players never travelled to Australia back in those days, she won a battle of the Aussies and got credit as a slam.

Depends on this treatment fingers crossed this will determine so much for the last leg of his career. I don’t really care about masters and hun getting more than Djoker and even getting one world tour final as he is so behind the other 2 of course getting one will be nice to round out his resume and career and plug that sore spot of not having one but certainly getting 1 doesn’t increase his GOAT claims like winning slams. I’m saying that Rafa has exceeded my expectations and no more slams for him going forward won’t affect me. My hopes though of course that he can play and keep winning obviously would absolutely love another Wimby and US open as he essentially becomes a triple surface champ and the first male to do so and also would become the open era leader at the US open which would be absolutely massive as well. Another YR end number 1 would put him above Fed and equal to Sampras so that’s something else he would have over Fed and another 40-50 weeks at number 1 would be nice as well. Am I to greedy or asking for to much? We can dream about the CYGS

Too hard to predict with the injuries. But a healthy Nadal (or Djokovic or Federer) can win slams well into their 40's. Federer would still be reaching slam finals right now if not for the injury.

Given that Rafa is an insulting 8-1 to win Wimbledon and a truly hilarious 9-1 to win the USO I might actually be able to buy a brand new Camry. If I could have parlayed these though, Lambo city.
This is really funny. Nadal should be 2nd favourite only behind Djokovic, like 2.5/1 Djokovic 3/1 Nadal.

Rafa said he'd like to retire with 25, and he's a stubborn motherf*****, so 3.

Hahaha. I like that. "He's a stubborn MF" ....same opinion. He'll gun for 25.

The Big question will be, can he make it ? A couple of obstacles though....time and breaking body.

Hoping for the best for Rafito

After USO 2019 I said #Nadal4More, so considered 23 to be the finishing point, but now I think even 24 is not the limit. If foot treatment works he could be on 24 in 3 months.
