Well Zverev needs to be in the Top 2 to do that. He'll need a lucky draw where Medvedev runs into a rusty Djoker in the semis, then Zverev can beat Med in the final.

Why three? He's unlucky there'll only be 3 chances this year at most.
Zero this year but 1-2 next.
Novak too much this year after he skips AO and with AO I think too much competition.
No problem, he'll get it next year. You've been too optimistic, haven't you?
Thank you. Can I get in early, and provide the same answer for 2023 thru 2035?Congrats.

Why don't you believe in Sascha skills?Thank you. Can I get in early, and provide the same answer for 2023 thru 2035?
Null für den schlaksigen Deutschen.Sascha is 24. Will be 25 before 2022 French Open.
At this stage of his career he's clearly behind Nadal and Djokovic, but it could change soon.
His BO5 record against Top10 opponents is embarrassingly poor.

Has he matured enough to win the Slam finally?
Was his impressive display at 2021 ATP Finals The Zed Awakening and a sign of his breakthrough? Or rather just another false alarm?

You can bet it will (not) be.If Djokovic is not in AO then he is the second favourite.
AlcarazI think he has matured enough to get a top 10 win in a slam.
Because I am grounded in reality. Why don't you believe in Sascha skills?
There is a bull of reasons why he was not going to do it.would have zwon roland-garros without the (real) injury......![]()
after seeing him give away the first set and half of the second in the semi in freakish, ideal, once-in-a-lifetime court conditions, I doubt itwould have zwon roland-garros without the (real) injury......![]()
AmenLess than zero
Wasn't even guaranteed to win the second set.Would have won RG if not for him getting injured. Also I am aware this comment has already been made but its worth repeating. Also no injury means he plays Wimbledon and US open.
Congrats.

I think Zverev was really close to winning RG this year. He would be very likely USO winner as well. Worst possible time for his terrible injury.Would have won RG if not for him getting injured. Also I am aware this comment has already been made but its worth repeating. Also no injury means he plays Wimbledon and US open.
