It’s obvious he’s the next in line. Only one with the game to destroy Djokovic. Him and medvedev will be the next major winners once Djokovic slumps inevitably I feel. Tstsipas is gone I feel. Zverev could win atleast 3 grand slams with his physical ability.

Bet your house on it - I've never been more certain !

Post Big 3 there could be a scenario not dissimilar to the women's Slams where its almost a lottery. Zverev, Thiem, Medvedev, Berretini, Shapovalov and Tsitsipas look the most likely candidates to share GS in the coming years ahead, I don't see that any one of this half dozen particularly stands out above the others. Feasibly, any of them might win three or four GS but beyond that seems difficult to imagine.

I think Zverev can win 2 slams in this era from now till 2029. In next 5 years, he will have 5 chances at RG and some chances at USO and rare chance at AO as well.

Unless something groundbreaking is going to happen, imagining Djokovic is not at his best post surgery.

Next 5 years will contest 20 slams, I would remove Wimbledon from this and we still have 15.

Unless Alcaraz and Sinner win all 15, there is maybe 3 to 5 slams to win for the rest of the guys.

Medvedev can win 1
Zverev a couple
And rest would be hard to see for anyone else. Maybe Djokovic bags a couple, maybe new guys like Fonseca but he is just 17 right now.

Zverev has HUGE odds of winning 2 slams in this era provided he stays fit.

Some coach needs to convince him to play more aggressively and he can win Slams. He has solved his serve toss to a large extent by tossing lower and so his serve seems more reliable under pressure. He is too content waiting for errors rather than imposing the point patterns he wants. He should hit his FH DTL more to get more rallies on the BH wing early, he should go for more on his BH to hit more winners, he should hit closer to the sidelines, he should hit inside-FHs more, he should take a more aggressive court position etc. He should try to play more like Djokovic.

Maybe 6 of his matches were played indoors in RG. No idea how he will serve in wind in Wimbledon.
