How many times did Lisicki say "come on"?

I mean Jesus Christ. Literally every single point she won.

I would yell "come on" after she missed her first serve just to mock her.

On every single winner she hits she screams that and pumps her fist lol  And then she started screaming that too on Li Na missing first serves or making an error in their match.

No wonder Li was looking so pissed.

I mean, I like Lisicki a lot, but please don't do it to Li okay? However, feel free to do it to Ana and Serena, especially to Maria, please. hehehe.

I'm guessing this is a career defining moment for Lisicki. She got over emotional. Can't blame her. It meant so much to her.

Does Liskicki generally behave this way in other matches?

No kidding. Every match I've seen of her. Generally, I have no problem with this, except if her opponent is Li.

Li Na doesn't do stuff like that. That's why.

Far from it. You are spewing bs. You know nothing of others past posting history. Personally I distain bad sportsmanship, and have posted so in the past, be it from the Solderling, Serena, Sharpova, Gonzalez etc and even bad biased crowds, eg French Open crowd compared with the sportsman like Aussies who will cheer on great points from opponents playing Hewitt.

She was also saying "Oh Yes!" a lot in Birmingham. And said it a few times when she won some cross court forehand duels.

Her HERO is Llyton Hewitt. so it all makes sense. And also some players play better when they pump up themselves. I noticed this. I am same way. When i become a Quiet mouse on court, i just don't play as well.

I doubt she was saying "Oh Yes!". She was most likely shouting "Aufgehts!", which is the german equivalent of "Come On!", as do Göerges and Petkovic and a zillion other german gals. The two are easily, perhaps counterintuitively, rather easily confused.

I like her game & like her smile. But did she really start doing it on Li Na's errors?

Like Sharipova & Azerenka.....she's dead to me. Typical big Euro chick who's learning gamesmanship & crazy annoying habits from Florida academies.

Hey ESPN (& Tennis Channel)....she's another one i won't watch unless she gets to the final. There are many tennis fans who are getting sick of this sh*t. We're gonna tune you out.

The list keeps getting longer:

- Azarenka
- Sharipova
- Serena
- Lisicki
- Oudin
- the Portuguese chick
- etc. etc.

these kind of shouts give a person the needed adrenaline to push themselves over the top. You stay intense and focused vs. relaxed & ho-hum like some players ...cough ** Querrey ** Isner **...Roddick called them out I believe on that non-chalant attitude. Speaking fo that where is Roddick's c'mons. He was more vocal with Connors as a coach.
Back to Lisicki - Yeah, from the women it doesn't seem to natural and more programmed. I could be wrong cuz when they get on the court they can be different people. Lisicki's 120mph serve...whoa...that's nice

Form is temporary. Class is permanent. Lisicki over celebrated a bit too much and got so emotional as if she had won the championship. You wouldn't see Li resorting to cheap tricks.

Sounds like Nadal. Does she have annoying grunt as well? How about countless OCDs? Does she take tactical injury time outs? How about time delaying? Vamos!

It wasn't that bad. Besides I can name two worse guys on the ATP straight away. Andy Murray's yelling comeon after errors and stupidy long rallys he should have ended 20 shots before. Then there's Stan the roaring man wawrinka, I've always enjoyed his game but it's hard to like him now after his wierd roars and loud allez's after winning points even on errors.

its just part of the makeup of todays players. even the ones that don't seem to do it much, do it a lot more than players 10-15 years ago(see how often fed yells 'come on' compared to sampras)
I'm sure coaching methods are responsible for a lot of this(getting a player to always be positive, etc)

kimiko date yelled 'come on' more times in her match with venus than she probably did in any year of her previous 1990s career.

I liked it. She's struggled with her injuries and is still struggling to get back to her old form. I'm happy for her and her success...

Let me be your German teacher:)
It's 'Görges' or 'Goerges' not 'Göerges', since ö <=> oe
It's also "Auf geht's" not "Aufgehts"

I don't think it sounds like 'come on', though. I just watched this clip of her Birmingham SF (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yEtIHOZ6A7A&feature=related)), she seems to be saying both. Don't know wheter she also says 'Oh yes'...

Fed does it maybe twice a match. (usually after THE important break point). & he does it under his breath.

To hell with Shriekapova, Lisicki, Serena & the geriatric florida academy coaches that are teaching them that cr*p from their early teens on.

When i hear some chick shreaking "Cmon" after her oponent shanks a return on a weak second serve at 0-15......i quickly turn to The Price is Right or COPS.
