If you are about 5' 10" and you want to have a pretty lean (but with some muscle) body type, like Federer, about how much should you weigh? I say Federer because I think he has the perfect body type for tennis: thin, with the right muscle built up. I wouldn't want to be like a Nadal, even though some people would, because I think thats just too much. So, about how much is that for a 5'10" guy? I am thinking like 165, but want to check. Thanks.
